Vietnam is speeding up its high tech innovation and cooperation with China. Since signing a memorandum in April 2026, China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Hanoi have identified 28 joint AI projects, including traffic management, disaster response, AI labs and medical imaging diagnostics. Vietnam Television's reporter Mai Khanh says digital economy cooperation between the two countries is driving the formation of a fully integrated Asia-Pacific economy.
