Trump meets Zelenskyy to 'figure out solution'

US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy have held talks in New York. Trump said they are trying to figure out a solution.

At the outset of their meeting on Tuesday, Trump stressed he believes a solution is going to happen.

About the possibility of producing Patriot missiles in Ukraine, Trump said, "We'll be talking about that now." Ukraine has asked for a license to manufacture the US-made air defense system.

Zelenskyy said on social media Tuesday that Ukraine struck two oil refineries in central Russia, thanking his soldiers for the country's long-range strike capabilities.

Amid tit-for-tat exchanges of attacks, Ukrainian authorities also reported Tuesday that three people were killed in Russian strikes on eastern Ukraine.
