Travis Kelce reacts to Taylor Swift's viral 'that's my husband' moment during win over Colts

All Travis Kelce wants to do is score touchdowns and make his wife proud. He did both of those on Sunday night.

Swift went viral for her reaction to Kelce’s first-quarter touchdown in the Kansas City Chiefs’ 33-30 win over the Indianapolis Colts at Arrowhead Stadium when she pointed to her ring. NBC cameras caught Swift yelling in jubilation, "That’s my husband!"

For Kelce, he was doing what he’s supposed to do.

Kelce and his brother, Jason, then reacted to some of the viral memes that were born out of Swift’s reaction to the star tight end’s touchdown.

"The internet is having a good ole time with this s---."

Here are some of the posts on X that made the brothers laugh.

The 11-time Pro Bowl tight end was fantastic in the Chiefs’ win, catching nine passes for 101 yards and a touchdown. It was Kelce’s first regular-season game with 100 or more receiving yards since he caught 14 passes for 100 yards against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 9 of 2024.

Kelce did have 117 receiving yards in the Chiefs’ win over the Houston Texans in the AFC Divisional Round of the 2024-25 playoffs.

The three-time Super Bowl champion also looked like he had more burst and quickness in the team’s Week 2 win than in prior seasons. While Kelce was still productive last season, with 76 catches for 851 yards and five touchdowns, he lacked the same explosiveness he displayed earlier in his illustrious career.

If the four-time first-team All-Pro selection can recapture even some of his peak form, it would give star quarterback Patrick Mahomes a trusted target.

The Chiefs (2-0) will look to keep things rolling when they play the lowly Miami Dolphins (0-2) on the road Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
