Steelers catch an awesome post-game moment thanks to change by HC Mike McCarthy - Steelers Wire

If he was anything, former Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin was a private guy when it came to the locker room. Every weekend we see cameras in the lockers showing coaches giving postgame speeches and handing out game balls, but you never saw it from the Steelers.

This is something new head coach Mike McCarthy has changed and it is a massive departure from the past two decades. It also gave the fans a great opportunity to see a very special moment after Sunday's win over the Atlanta Falcons. McCarthy originally gave the game ball to the defense after what he called a bumpy start to the season as is the case with September football.

But then, before the team could break, quarterback Aaron Rodgers stepped in to give McCarthy a game ball for getting his first win as Pittsburgh's head coach as he returns to coach in his city. It was great to see and we hope this is a new tradition and something that continues under McCarthy.
