Sagnik Nandy Is one of TIME's 2026 Executives of the Year: Tech and Data - Time Magazine

Docusign is known for facilitating electronic signatures on documents, but it now wants to generate those documents, too. Chief technology officer Sagnik Nandy has led the rollout of the company’s AI-powered Intelligent Agreement Management platform, designed to draft agreements and help users organize, review, and manage them. About 40,000 customers have adopted the tool since its initial launch in 2024, and Nandy is confident that demand for it will grow: “You might still find companies not using AI. You probably won't find any company not using agreements,” he says. Internally, he reports that all of his developers are using AI tools, and that his team has seen a 100% increase in code throughput as a result.

Investors in Docusign include Salesforce, where TIME co-chair and owner Marc Benioff is CEO.
