MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has started construction of a new office tower that will add 51,400 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA) to Bridgetowne Destination Estate in Quezon City.

MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has started construction of a new office tower that will add 51,400 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA) to Bridgetowne Destination Estate in Quezon City.

RLC, through its office development and leasing arm Robinsons Offices, has broken ground on the 29-story Bridgetowne One, a premium development that will reinforce the estate’s position as one of the largest and most integrated office destinations in Metro Manila.

Robinsons Offices already has seven developments in Bridgetowne, with more than 295,000 square meters of GLA.

Bridgetowne One, slated for completion in 2028, is expected to further enhance the estate’s appeal as a business address for multinational corporations and IT-BPM companies.

“Bridgetowne One is not simply another office building. It is an investment in the future of this estate and in the people and organizations that will help shape it,” RLC president and CEO Mybelle Aragon-GoBio said.

“Every workplace has a larger impact beyond the space it occupies. It enables businesses to grow, create opportunities for professionals and contribute to the continued development of communities and local economies,” she said.

RLC said Bridgetowne One is designed to deliver a workplace experience that goes beyond the traditional office environment.

Bridgetowne One’s location along John Gokongwei Jr. Boulevard at the corner of West Drive places it near C-5 and Ortigas Avenue, offering convenient connections to Quezon City, Pasig and other business centers.

The tower will feature 20 office floors, one ground floor, one basement parking, eight podium parking floors, a garden deck and a service deck.

“Breaking ground means more than the start of construction. It is a statement of confidence in Bridgetowne, in the Philippine office market and in the businesses that will choose to grow here in the years ahead,” Jericho Go, senior vice president and business unit general manager of Robinsons Offices, said.

Robinsons Offices’ nationwide portfolio spans 35 office buildings across 13 highly urbanized cities, offering over 900,000 square meters of GLA.
