Rams-Giants inactives: Is Puka Nacua in or out tonight? - Rams Wire

Puka Nacua came into the week listed as questionable to play against the New York Giants due to a hip injury. He missed the final two practices on Friday and Saturday and over the weekend, it became clear that his status for Monday's game was in doubt.

The Los Angeles Rams released their list of inactives for tonight's contest before kickoff and Nacua is officially out. He will not play against the Giants, his first missed game since Week 7 of the 2025 season.

Nacua injured his hip during practice this past week, so it's a new injury, not the one that ailed him during the preseason. He's the Rams' top receiver but Davante Adams will now see an even bigger workload in Nacua's absence.

The Rams' other inactives are CJ Daniels, Bill Murray, Kamren Kinchens, Jordan Whittington and Ty Simpson (emergency third QB).

With Nacua and Whittington out, Konata Mumpfield is likely to play a much bigger role for the Rams. Los Angeles could also utilize more 13 personnel, leaning on its tight ends as it did when Nacua was out against the Jaguars last season.

Daniels is inactive, but Tutu Atwell is active for the first time since returning to the Rams in a trade.

For the Giants, they'll be without cornerback Deonte Banks, who was questionable to play with a calf injury. That's a big hit to New York's secondary, especially with Paulson Adebo also out.
