Powerball winning numbers: Did anyone win $760M? - USA Today

The Powerball numbers are in for Halloween's $760 million jackpot with a cash value of $325.7 million, but it’s not yet known whether anyone won.

The last Powerball jackpot winner was on Aug. 12, when a ticket sold in Illinois claimed an estimated $1.04 billion prize.

Here’s what to know about Saturday’s Powerball drawing.

The winning numbers for the Saturday, Oct. 31 Powerball drawing are 02-04-18-50-56 . The Powerball is 20.

The next Powerball drawing will take place on Monday, November 2, at around 10:59 p.m. ET. The drawing can be watched live on Powerball's website, and players can rewatch clips on its YouTube channel.

Powerball drawings occur every week on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Powerball tickets cost $2 per play and are sold in 45 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Depending on local laws, players may also be able to purchase tickets online.

To play, select five white-ball numbers from 1 to 69 and one red Powerball number from 1 to 26. Players can also add Power Play for an extra $1 to boost non-jackpot prizes by 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X or 10X.

To win the jackpot, a ticket must match all five white balls and the red Powerball. If no one wins, the jackpot rolls over and continues to grow.

You do not have to be a U.S. citizen or resident to buy a Powerball ticket.

Anyone who meets the legal age requirement where the ticket is purchased, generally 18 or older, can play while visiting a participating jurisdiction. Winners who live outside the United States are eligible to claim prizes, although taxes may apply.
