NSE IPO allotment finalised: When is NSE listing date?
The NSE IPO allotment has been finalised, bringing investors one step closer to the much-awaited NSE listing. The Rs 22,561.57 crore IPO was subscribed 5.71 times during the three-day bidding period, which ended on September 21.
The NSE IPO is scheduled to list on the BSE on September 24, 2026. Investors who received an allotment will see the shares credited to their demat accounts before the listing.

Investors who applied for the NSE IPO can check their allotment status using either the BSE website or the registrar's portal — MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
Select ‘Equity’ and choose ‘NSE’ from the drop-down list.
Enter your application number and PAN.
Fill in the captcha code and click ‘Search’ to view your allotment status.
Go to the MUFG Intime India IPO allotment page.
Choose ‘NSE’ from the list of issues.
You can search using your Application Number, Demat Account Number, or PAN.
Enter the required details, fill in the captcha code, and click ‘Submit’ to view the allotment status.
Following the finalisation of the allotment, investors who did not receive shares will have their blocked funds released, while successful applicants will have their allotted shares credited to their demat accounts.
The latest recorded Grey Market Premium (GMP) for the NSE IPO is Rs 43, according to the data available on September 23 at 9:37 am.
With the upper price band of Rs 1,785, the current GMP indicates an estimated listing price of Rs 1,828.
This implies an estimated gain of 2.41% over the upper end of the IPO price band.
However, GMP is only an indication of market expectations. The actual NSE share price at listing will be determined by demand and supply when trading begins on the BSE.HOW MUCH WAS NSE IPO SUBSCRIBED?
The retail portion was subscribed 1.39 times, while the QIB (Ex Anchor) category was subscribed 12.68 times. The NII category was subscribed 6.55 times.
The issue had a price band of Rs 1,700-1,785 per share and a lot size of eight shares.
The issue also included a reservation of up to 4,33,437 shares for employees, offered at a discount of Rs 170 to the issue price.
Kotak Mahindra Capital Co Ltd was the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd was the registrar.
With the allotment now finalised, the next major event for NSE IPO investors is the listing on September 24.
The current GMP of Rs 43 points to an estimated listing price of Rs 1,828, based on the upper issue price of Rs 1,785. The indicated premium is 2.41%.
The GMP can change before the listing, so the actual NSE share price when trading begins may be different from the current estimate.
