Minister urges newly recruited constables to serve people sincerely

Information and Public Relations Minister Kolusu Parthasarathy receiving the guard of honour from the police constables, who completed training at Pedavegi DTC, in Eluru district on Saturday.

Information and Public Relations Minister Kolusu Parthasarathy has asked police constables who have completed their training to be sincere in discharging their duties and render justice to those in need.

Mr. Parthasarathy, along with Eluru Range Inspector-General of Police G.V.G. Ashok Kumar, Collector K. Vetriselvi and District Police Training Centre (DTC) Principal and Assistant Superintendent of Police Y. Prasad Rao, attended the passing-out parade of 136 Stipendiary Cadet Training Police Constables at the DTC at Pedavegi in Eluru district on Saturday.

Mr. Parthasarathy asked the constables to pursue continuous learning and keep themselves updated, as criminals were increasingly misusing technology to commit crimes.

Mr. Ashok Kumar said the training imparted to the new recruits at the DTC would help them provide better services to the public. Eluru MLA Badeti Chanti, Ms. Vetriselvi and other officers congratulated the constables from Chittoor district who completed their training.

Deputy Superintendents of Police B.H. Venkateswarlu, D. Sravan Kumar, K. Jaya Krishna and K.V.V.N.V. Prasad and other officers participated.
