Lawyer Phet Visits Boom Panadda Before First Custody Hearing at 10 a.m.

"Lawyer Phet" visited Boom Panadda and her husband early in the morning before police took them to the Criminal Court for their first custody hearing at 10:00 a.m., with bail opposed. He revealed both have come to terms with the situation and are ready to face what lies ahead.

On the progress of Boom Panadda's case today (7 Nov), in front of the Pitak Santi Building at the Central Investigation Bureau, lawyer Eksit Srisang, known as "Lawyer Phet," arrived at 7:00 a.m. before investigators prepared to take Boom Panadda and her husband, Got Athip, to request the Criminal Court to grant the first custody at 10:00 a.m., also opposing bail.

Lawyer Phet gave a brief statement to waiting media that the morning was still part of the ongoing investigation. Regarding preparing assets to file for bail in court and other legal strategies, he said he would consult with both clients first about how much detail can be disclosed. Regarding the mental state of both after being detained and questioned throughout the night, Lawyer Phet added that they were held in a detention room at the rear building. He believes both have accepted the situation and are ready to face whatever comes next.
