Islamabad Traffic Police Closes Another Key Road Until Further Order - ProPakistani

Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has closed the road from Rawal Dam Chowk towards Serena Hotel to traffic from November 3, 2026, until further notice, due to construction work on the Kashmir Chowk underpass.

However, traffic from Kashmir Chowk towards Rawal Dam Chowk and Faizabad will continue to move as usual, according to the diversion plan issued by the ITP.

The Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) has advised citizens to leave 20 to 25 minutes earlier than usual. Traffic officers will be present on the roads to guide commuters.

Further traffic updates will be shared on ITP’s FM 92.4 radio channel and on Islamabad Police’s social media pages.
