Eunisell Interlinked Plc recorded a strong improvement in its financial performance for the year ended 30 June, 2026, with profit after tax rising by 31 per cent to N249.45m. The company’s latest annual results showed that profit after tax increased from N190.48m in the previous financial year to N249.45m, reflecting stronger revenue growth during the period. Revenue climbed by 30 per cent to N1.84bn from N1.41bn recorded in 2025. Despite the increase in operating costs, the company’s profit before taxation rose by 28 per cent to N301.47m, compared with N235.85m a year earlier. Operating expenses increased by 42 per cent to N285.38m from N200.80m, while taxation rose by 15 per cent to N52.01m from N45.37m.See more Punch stories on Google.Add Punch on Google The improved bottom-line performance pushed the company’s earnings per share to 105.39 kobo, representing a 31 per cent increase from 80.47 kobo recorded in the preceding year. Eunisell Interlinked also recorded significant growth in its balance sheet during the financial year. Total assets increased by 63 per cent to N1.51bn from N929.22m in 2025. Current assets also grew by 50 per cent to N1.38bn from N916.57m. The stronger asset position was accompanied by a 51 per cent increase in shareholders’ funds, which rose from N486.35m to N735.81m. Paid-up share capital remained unchanged at N118.35m, while the number of shares in issue stood at 236.7m units, the same level recorded in 2025. The company’s net asset value per share increased by 51 percent to 310.86k from 205.47k in the previous year. Total assets per share also climbed by 63 per cent to 638.65k from 392.58k. Meanwhile, retained earnings strengthened considerably during the period. Profit brought forward increased to N135.56m, compared with a loss brought forward of N54.92m in the previous year.
