Victor Majola is expected to appear alongside a newly arrested woman, 40-year-old Hlengiwe Buthelezi, who was arrested in Msinga, KwaZulu-Natal, last week.
The popular DJ was shot dead in December last year outside a hijacked building in Johannesburg.
A second accused, Armando Pacula, entered into a plea and sentence agreement with the State and has been sentenced to an effective 25 years in prison.
Majola faces charges of premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
