Nigerian Afrobeats star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has announced a three-night concert residency at the National Theatre, Iganmu, Lagos, in December. Davido made the announcement on his verified Instagram page on Friday, unveiling “Oriadè: The Residency”, scheduled for December 17 to 19. In the caption accompanying the announcement, the singer wrote: “LAGOS!!! We bringing it HOME! 15 years of madness and there’s nowhere I’d rather be. “The world has shown us so much love,” he said in the Instagram post. The announcement featured videos of Davido performing before large audiences, alongside footage of Lagos and the National Theatre.
