Democratic Alliance (DA) member of Parliament (MP) and finance spokesperson Mark Burke said a fintech company he founded has not been found guilty of acting illegally by the courts.

He also said that he’s no longer the chairperson of Kastelo, which is under investigation by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) over exchange control regulation violations.
