Bum Panadda May Be Sent to Central Womens Correctional Institution After Not Posting Bail Got Atthip Posts Bail Alone

On the morning of 7 Nov 2026, the Central Investigation Police brought in the beauty queen and TV host. Bum Panadda Wongpudi. Chairperson of the Do Good Foundation and defendant, and Got Atthip Anantawan. Bum Panadda's husband and co-defendant, were detained for the first time at the Criminal Court in the Do Good Foundation donation case. Investigators filed motions opposing bail for both due to the high penalties and the need to further investigate the financial trail.

Most recently, reporters at the Criminal Court reported at 13:00 on 7 Nov that after investigators from the Economic Crime Suppression Division brought Bum Panadda and Got Atthip for detention at the Criminal Court earlier that day, only Got Atthip submitted a bail petition with collateral. The court is currently reviewing this bail request.

Meanwhile, Bum Panadda has not submitted any bail petition. If no bail is filed, correctional officers will transfer Bum Panadda to the Central Women's Correctional Institution according to legal procedures.
