The African National Congress (ANC) has called for restraint from its members and supporters, following today’s Electoral Court ruling dismissing its appeal against missing the deadline for submitting the candidates for six municipalities.
The African National Congress (ANC) has called for restraint from its members and supporters, following today’s Electoral Court ruling dismissing its appeal against missing the deadline for submitting the candidates for six municipalities.
While by law, the Electoral Court’s ruling is final, the party has not ruled out seeking recourse from a higher court.
