ActionSA’s mayoral candidate for the City of Cape Town, Dereleen James, said the core promise of her party’s election manifesto is a simple one: to turn the dreams of South Africans into action.
James was speaking at the launch of ActionSA’s municipal election manifesto at the Johannesburg City Hall earlier on Saturday.
She said her party will show the country what that means for Cape Town, and across South Africa.
“We want to build communities where families can live in safety, where communities can afford to live with dignity, and where services work. You cannot build prosperity in communities where people are afraid.”
