The San Francisco 49ers couldn't have asked for a much better start to their 2026 season, and now they're favored to win big again in Week 3 vs. the Arizona Cardinals.
After the 49ers shellacked the Los Angeles Rams and Miami Dolphins by a combined score of 62-20 the first two weeks, they're now favored by more than a touchdown at home against the Cardinals. Arizona got off to a strong start with a win over the Los Angeles Chargers, but they couldn't back it up in Week 2. They were thumped by the Seattle Seahawks 31-7 in Arizona.
The 49ers have taken care of business against the spread in the first two weeks. They were four-point underdogs in Week 1 and won outright 27-7. Then in Week 2 they were 13.5-point favorites and won 35-13.
San Francisco has split its totals. Their first over/under was around 48, and they combined for 34 points with the Rams. The over hit in Week 2 with 48 points scored against a 45-point total.
